  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During new releases, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Schedule

  • We do not ship orders on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information and shipping updates.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fortunate is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and reach out to us so we can assist where possible.
